CIELO is a refined and dreamlike culinary space inspired by the softness of clouds and the warmth of a sunset. Jean François imagined a poetic interior where textures, colors, and materials create a sense of elevation and contemplation. From celestial blue cornices to sunset-toned oak wood, every detail is a nod to the sky.

Objective:
To design a dining space that invites guests to dream and share — merging gastronomy with an atmosphere of serenity and elevation. The aim was to evoke lightness and depth, using carefully selected materials, bespoke furniture, and iconic design pieces.
Results:
The result is a visually stunning, harmonious environment where materials play with light and texture. Warm oak, cloudy-patterned flooring, mirrored surfaces, and floating cotton-inspired lighting bring a sense of softness and elegance. The fusion of custom-designed indoor seating, iconic Philippe Starck stools, and poetic outdoor furnishings turns CIELO into a place of immersive dining and aesthetic contemplation. Jean François delivered full 2D/3D concepts, moodboards, sketches, and oversaw the entire fabrication and installation process.
