LOFT BB
In Hyères, a former paint warehouse has been transformed into Loft BB: a distinctive living space spread across three levels. Blending industrial architecture with Mediterranean elegance, the project unveils a refreshing oasis with a pool, elevated terraces (first and second floors), and unobstructed views over the city rooftops up to the château.

Objectives :
• Transform an industrial building into a contemporary, bright, and open living space
• Innovate with bespoke materials, notably for the custom-designed metal and terracotta staircases
• Create an elegant and immersive atmosphere through meticulously designed lighting scenography
• Design bespoke furniture and artistic scenography perfectly integrated into the architecture

Results :
A contemporary loft with a strong identity, where raw architecture, noble materials, and carefully curated lighting interact with elegance. The pool, panoramic terraces, and tailor-made finishes offer a refined and serene living environment, deeply rooted in the landscape of Hyères.
