SCUSI

Perched on the first floor with a panoramic view of the port of Le Lavandou, SCUSI is the new Italian trattoria designed by Jean François Parodi. The space blends traditional craftsmanship with playful aesthetics — from a customized pizza oven to a red marble bar and a lush ivy-covered entrance, every detail is carefully composed to celebrate Italian conviviality.

Results :

The transformation gives SCUSI a bold new personality, blending heritage and freshness.

The entry is marked by a romantic canopy of ivy and wisteria intertwined with glowing string lights. Natural stone walls lead to a dramatic centerpiece — a hand-painted pizza oven by Jean François himself. The bar, with its Alsago red marble and satin-finish stainless steel, creates a dynamic visual anchor. Terracotta tiles and handcrafted stone inserts give depth and texture to the floors. Final touches like framed vintage photographs and ceramic artichokes bring warmth and a subtle pop-art flair to the space.

Jean François provided sketches, moodboards, 2D/3D visualizations, and ensured full execution and delivery of the design vision.
